Yahoo! Search Marketing, a division of Yahoo! Inc., offers essential marketing services for companies doing business online. The group’s search-based products and tools help businesses connect with highly motivated customers. Job-Title: Platinum Specialist

The Platinum Specialist is responsible for upselling and cross-selling existing Platinum clients and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals. Platinum clients are web-enabled, owner-operated, small and medium sized businesses that spend >$60,000 per year on Yahoo!.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact existing clients and upsell them on keyword expands, improved titles and descriptions, additional match types and enhanced bidding strategy.
• Proactively contact existing clients and cross-sell them on various products and services, including paid inclusion, performance marketing, local, web hosting and merchant solutions.
• Account management of a portfolio of assigned clients as well as selling to and servicing pooled clients.
• Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, click activity inquiries, bidding requests, relevancy issues, etc.
• Responsible for special projects as assigned.
